Parsley Culinary Herb and Its Medicinal Use.

Parsley is probably best known for its use in herbal butter. It can also be served with steak or to flavor omelets soups and stews. Parsley has curly leaves while Italian parsley has flat leaves with serrated edges.

Medicinal Use.

Parsley is well known for its poly phenolic anti-oxidants and disease preventing properties. It contains vitamins, dietary fiber, and minerals.

Minerals

Parsley it is most often used for anemia. indigestion and as a tonic. It also relieves rheumatism and is a diuretic. It is best known as a breath freshener especially after eating garlic.
