Rosemary Culinary Herb and Its Medicinal Value

Rosemary has a pungent resinous flavor. Rub the leaves and finely chop them, add to the dough for bread, scones and rusks. A few sprigs inserted in a leg of lamb imparts a fragrant aroma.

Rosemary is also delicious in stews in stew, soups or with vegetables.

Rosemary is can also be used to flavor oils and vinegar.

Medicinal use of Rosemary. Infusion of honey, lemon and rosemary helps relieve headaches depression, fatigue, colds and flu. It can considered a general tonic and conditioner that stimulates the body and hair, improves memory and has a calming effect. The flowers of the rosemary plant can be eaten to bring relief to tired eyes.
